Our Ask:
We are seeking $750,000 in private support annually for 3 years to scale and accelerate this work. Avenues we are looking to incorporate include:
- Project-based fellowship for local leaders
- CDL operations fund to implement projects
- Recruit atypical roles, such as product managers, visual designers, and user researchers
- Accelerates innovative service design & best practice implementation
- Empowers entrepreneurial bureaucrats to think outside the box
- Quicker access to funding projects
- Improve successful project completion rate and project accountability
- Decreases burden on city budget and staff resources
